[Debate] Do looks matter, does background matter, does personality matter, does brain matter?

In a relationship, you gotta keep engaging with your love one.
So yes looks are important as it wants you to engage with that someone.
only THEN will personality would play a role.

It's definitely a mixture but it's personality more than looks. Don't wanna be rude but they can't be completely ugly.
Like you said sometimes being dumb can be cute, but if she's so dumb she becomes cringe worthy then nope. Also, sometimes there's a shallowness associated with the stupidity. I don't really like shallow people.
One person said they don't want someone too clingy, but I don't think I would mind that unless it made me question their sanity. Just shows how much they wanna be with you.
Oh, and I'm not really good with small talk so common interests like anime would help.

Too be completely honest, looks are the first thing I look for. I'd be lying if I said their personality or interests were primary to me. I usually date people based on looks and most of those relationships end because those people turn out to be complete shallow *******s with shitty attitudes. But in all my cases, a pretty face and a nice bod overrides all that <3. I feel like I'll never learn, but you know what they say; Ignorance is bliss. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
