For real, maybe canon actually starts with zpisode 462 (at least part of it). I mean, the title looks like it's a reference to black zetsu manipulating the uchiha stone and all.

He has not actually directed any episodes himself that's why it's hard to say.
What I know is
He animated a small part of Madara's rampage in episode #322
He animated the Hinata vs. Hanabi taijutsu in filler episode #389
He animated Gaara vs. Shira in filler episode #399
He directed and stooryboarded Ending #36
He was assistant director in OP #16
