Is Itachi's Tsukuyomi really unbreakable?

Outside of Uchihas, do you think anyone can break it? I believe Itachi was lying when he said only Sasuke can break his Tsukuyomi just like how he lied about the other stuff he told me. Some people even believe Hagaromo can fall to Tsukuyomi, what do you think?

Itachi never lies about his broken techinques. As long as you are not an Uchiha blood you get caught in Tsukuyomi. It's simple as that. Hagoromo will break out of Tsukuyomi because he is the Uchiha Clan ancestor and Indra's father. Hagoromo has the Rinnegan which is a combination of Indra's plus Ashura's chakra. Indra's chakra involes the use of the Sharingan.

Hagormo can break it no doubt, everyone else gets caught.

Only people with Rikudou's Yin Release can break free of it, but it also depends on their ability to use Yin Release.

Considering Hagoromo had both Yin and Yang Release Mastery, yes, he can break free of it.

Anyone with the Rikuudo Yin Release can break it, not his Yang Release.

Not really. Senju's come from slightly older Senju's, who come from even older Senjus, times infinty who comes from Ashura, who comes from Hagoromo. There's enough of a gap in the generations to start ignoring the shared ancestor.

This proves that while it's true Uchiha share ancestry the clan has thinned out enough over the centuries to not be directly related to one another. Making it completely possible that when Itachi states only an Uchiha w/sharingan of his blood can break Tsukuyomi, the only ones capable were Sasuke and his father. Because these are the only Uchiha that would have shared a direct blood relationship with him and had sharingan.

Knowing this, Hagoromo who is so ridiculously far from the Itachi's bloodline in that case, hasn't a hope of breaking it.
