Loved this chapter, but I was both completely off again and right in regards to the meaning of the title xd

Anyway I'm curious why Dimaria is so shaken. Well at least Hiro seems to have some additional plans for her. Not really sure if it's supposed to be relevant, but that mountain is the place I think where Gildartz fought Acnologia for the first time.

Sun and Lunacy, so they essentially symbolize the sun and moon and the last Spriggan is Rahkeid...doesn't seem to be a woman though.

I was thinking the same thing, though not that it's about Erza, at least not directly. My guess is that Irene was one of those supposed angels, but then again when was this supposed to have occurred? It reads like a legend and for people to turn reality into legends normally quite a lot of time should have passed.

Wondering who's going to beat August now. Before Irene came along, I was guessing Erza would fight him, because reasons. Now Erza seems to be 120% set on fighting Irene because Plot, so that leaves August without a legitimate opponent. And Natsu can't fight him since he already has Jacob and is inevitably going to fight Zeref again.

Regarding Irene's power, it's got to be more than just weather control. My guess is that something to do with the the sun and the moon, or Day and night, since her Fangirls have a clear Sun and Moon motif going on. When she made the snow vanish, she amplified the power of the sun. It sounds horrendously broken, and would need some kind of friendship power up to beat.

Other possibility, Season manipulation. She turned winter into Spring. This gives her access to all sorts of crazy possible powers. Temperature Manipulation, though that seems more like a Natsu enemy. Just a good Meteorologist: Always a possibility.

It was an average chapter.Also Irene mentions that the two that fought are angels and not celestials, so probably Anna x Acno goes into dumpster for now.
Anyways if Mt. Zonia is anything related to Irene then we might get another character.Maybe Mermaid heel's master.Am waiting to see her for so long.Also Troll of the decade will be if the two who fought are Connelia and Irene for Giladarts on Mt. Zonia and Gildarts banged both of them ,that would make Erza gildarts daughter:snick:

You never know though, natsu is out here fighting zeref equally with his Dragon fore+Igneels magic . It is only logical for his rival to be at the same level. His growth evel was portrayed to be superior to natsu in GMG when he reached the same level by pure training while natsu needed the second origin, makarov confirms

But his rival is Gray. I wouldn't use that Zeref fight as something when Zeref didn't fight back nor was he serious he just wanted to die. Maybe Gajeel did get stronger but I don't think he stands a chance against them right now.

Nah gajeel is. Gray in the GMG arc was not even close to their power, he only got a upgrade at torators where it was needed because they were fighting actual demons. Plus, natsu competes with gajeel and compares their power more often than he does with gray who he treats as a sbiling. Plus gajeel was his opponent at one point.

About that magic games arc I honestly think Rufus was stronger than sting/rogue I know it's a long shot but that's just how it seemed to me.

During that same arc Gajeel got a power up also iron shadow dragon mode. From eating rogues shadow kinda like Natsu and Laxus.

Well rogues statement was more on Natsu's power without even going all out so Gajeel being his main focus wondered if Gajeel was that strong too.

Although I might be wrong but I don't think Gray even used his 2nd origin. I could be wrong though.

In volume book 20, chapter 166, it was mentioned that Gildarts fought Acnologia at "the haunted peak, Zonia". In this chapter it was mentioned that "the scared mountain, Zonia". Not sure whether Sacred/haunted means the same?!. So will wait for CR trans. to confirm it. But Zonia is the place where Gildarts Vs Acnologia happened. Not sure whether there are "two Zonia Places" or not. Just confused!.

Two angels fought for a man?!. I wonder who is that man tho?. It is an old legend. Maybe something that is related to 400 years ago?.

So another spriggan's name is Rakheid?!. He seems like a man. Another design change I guess!.

I think Gajeel will fight that Rakheid?!. I hope at least this time Mashima sensei will show Gajeel's Dragon Force. I can't actually believe we saw everyone's DF except Gajeel's. There is a chance to show it in Tartarus arc but Mashima went with "Steel Mode". I think there is something special design to Gajeel's DF since Mashima didn't showed it till this long!. Still Wendy's DF design is best one for me!. Have to see what Gajeel's looks like.

I think maybe Mirajane will fight against Irene?!. Maybe Mirajane will fight against Irene?!. Or Gildarts comes and fight Irene since all the relevance about Zonia Mountain?!.

Ehh I'm pretty sure it has always been the sacred mountain. I remember it because I thought that mountain might be relevant somehow someday to the story when it was first mentioned.

And in regards to the story of the two angels, I find it peculiar that the word "certain" is used. This might simply be the translator, however if Irene's point was to just randomly tell a local legend she could have just said that they were fighting over a man. The fact that she's talking about a certain man, gives the impression that this man is relevant/important. I mean two angels, a sacred mountain...it would be fitting if they would have been fighting over END, the king of demons. Or maybe Acnologia, the dragon of the Apocalypse, it's the spot were Gildarts first encountered him after all and thus might have a special meaning to him.
