I dont really think that says anything about the technique that it could kill Oro. The acid is gaseous so morning peacock would be able to burn it. It was not able to completely disintegrate

Orochimaru can have anything he would logically still have in Part 1. But he can't have, like, Zetsu feats, or a better Edo Tensei than he has in Part 1.

I'm giving Gai all gates except 8th because afaik it's never really stated when he actually progressed to 7G. He wouldn't pull out more of the gates than he needs to defeat any of his opponents (6G was enough for Kisame), so yeah.

So basically what ur saying is that gai gets his feats from shippuden

Whereas orochimaru doesn't gets his feats even tho he's 50 years old plus... So it's not like he just learned these techs bar zetsu stuff

That's a fair point, I'll concede there.

Considering Gai's Morning Peacock also managed to counter Kisame's Massive Suiton, would you consider that to be enough to at least kill Orochimaru? I don't necessarily believe the technique itself has to destroy his entire body in order to kill him.

Suiton water disappears because its chakra, morning peacock did not evaporate all the water. You need to destroy all of Orochimaru's body to kill him or else he can just use Oral rebirth.

I don't understand why the or nurfed the **** out of oro hell gai shippuden 5 or 6 gates can defeat part even part 1 hashi with the feats only displayed within part 1

Even if that were the case, Gai's Morning Peacock had enough potency to at least stalemate Kisame's Suiton despite having a disadvantage which should be a testament to its power. Why would Orochimaru's body need to disintegrate in order to kill him? We've witnessed how blunt forces such as Tsunade's was capable of severely wounding him, so why would Gai need to destroy his entire body to kill him?

Even then, those attacks should cause one's body to disintegrate under normal conditions, but didn't for the sake of plot as Naruto's Oodama Rasengan didn't even drill a hole through Itachi's body.

Gai goes 6th or 7th Gate and literally blitzes and ragdolls and stomps Orochimaru all around until Orochimaru can't regenerate anymore.

Is it the same place as where Hiruzen fought Orochimaru?

Hirudora would kill Orochimaru since in Part 1 he had no oral rebirth. I dont think his body would even survive a hirudora at this range anyway for a oral rebirth.

Gai does not have sealing justu but once Orochimaru is defeated his control over the first and second should be broken but even if not Gai is fast enough to just remove the talisman. He can probably do that.
