I don't think that is what Kawaki means (killing all shinobi). He's probably just trying to take over the world and end the shinobi system once he has dominance (or something more political like that). Killing all shinobi in the world wouldn't be a practical task.

Becuase if Sakura dies Naruto and Sasuke fans maybe wont have enough time to feel sad becuase Sakura's death will be more epic to me than the death of Whitebeard from OnePiece(i will get rid of my mental disorder if this happens due to achieving eternal happiness).

Given that Sakura got like...a panel, in Boruto, I don't see the new author ever having the urge to draw the panels a death sequence would require. It's more likely the village will be destroyed, and then we'll conspicuously never see Sakura in a panel again.
