If he is able to track down a moving person and at least get a body part he doesn't need to worry about getting Sakura and at least sniping of her hands. I agree that Kakashi has trouble with using Kamui very effectively but he can use it just enough to get some results. Plus he doesn't just have to rely on Kamui. He is good at going undetected as shown against Kakuzu when he stabbed him with the Chidori. So Sakura has to be alert at all times.
Yes but he can buy time right. As a Jounin he knows how to do this until he gains enough stamina to use Kamui.
Considering Diedara has Zero Knowledge on Kamui and was only caught when he was not paying attention to kakashi still manged to move away

The point is if he needs to prep for attack and if still fails to kamui snipe sakura's head he is done as he will be left open for her punch
