Kishimoto nerfed Sasuke with Perfect Susanoo.

When Kishimoto introduced Perfect Susanoo for the first time there was no problem with it because Madara's Susanoo had no weapons and his PS had 4 arms and was massive.

But Sasuke's PS was useless and trash and had no benefits of using it instead of his Humanoid Susanoo.

I'll tell you why PS is a huge nerf for Sasuke:

1. Susanoo bow: Sasuke can't use his bow because Kishimoto sucks, without his bow Sasuke can't counters a FRS by firing a Black Arrow on it.

2. Susanoo orb: Sasuke uses it to make Arrows and the sword that he used to break Obito's sword of Nunoboko when Obito's TSB hands destroyed Sasuke's Susanoo why? Because Susanoo parts that the orb makes are harder than normal susanoo parts so if Sasuke had it in vote 2 he could've negs Naruto the same way he negged Sword of Nunoboko.

3. 4 Arms: That can be useful in combat.

4. Double Susanoo: The same one Madara showed, useful against Shadow Clones and for using meteor jutsu.

5. Deva Path : If Kishi didn't give him useless PS he would have developed his Deva in order to fly like he did in Boruto Movie.

6. Armored Susanoo: The one that he needs to use in order to unleash the same PS as Madara and Indra.

Without the last one PS is f*cking useless, his Humanoid Susanoo was already on par with Kurama Mode so what's the point? Tricking us to think that Sasuke got a power up when EMS Sasuke(that should've used PS) negs RSM Naruto?

Except EMS Sasuke did have PS not "should be able to" and his rikudou chakra enhanced his PS far more than his EMS version. The only nerf Sasuke have is not being able to fully utilize his six paths jutsu's and elements.

Kishimoto originally planed to give Sasuke giant PS to compete with full Kurama because it's way bigger than Yang Kurama.

Why do those fodder tools matter? they will still be useless against Kaguya. Although his susanoo is technically stronger than Madara's PS coz of the rikudou chakra, its still fodder against Kaguya, and even against Naruto's RSM Kyuubi if not for the nine bijuu's chakra. Sasuke's most OP abilities are his rinneswap and CT, nothis PS.

Not really Madara had years developing his techniques with Susano'o/PS he was mid 30s or so when he fought Hashirama. Sasuke at half his age had PS and his wasn't even in his prime and was gonna surpass Madara at age 17.
