I'm going by fights that almost happened in the series but was blocked by Kishi for plot reasons. So the first, second, and last one are the ones i'm really focused on. And I'll have to say the bold one is my absolute favorite on your list.
Frog sagemode vs DragonSagemode would be bring the best sagemode from both characters.

Interestingly enough I feel like different fighting styles make good match up. Dsm kabuto was specifically designed to counter Uchihas and their genjutsu. But what what can kabuto use that'll hurt sm naruto?
