Well it did during the war, but for the Pain arc it hardly last at all. A few things I'll add though is that muki tensei isn't going to even hurt Sm naruto.

It didn't last that long in the war arc either. Sure, it was an improvement, but was it at Kabuto's level? No. These are also regular spikes, those would be manipulated by Natural Energy. I doubt Naruto would even survive if many of those were repeatedly jabbed into his body. I highly, highly doubt it.

Its been shown in the past that Sasuke's Raiton based attacks can pierce through Gaara's sand both pre-time skip and post. Sasuke could easily use his raiton covered sword and pierce through Gaara's sand with no problem.

None of Gaara's sand burial techniques can crush Sasukes Susanoo. Amateratsu has a dissolving effect on Gaara's living sand, falling Limp and lifeless after contact with it. Similar to how Raikage lost his arm. All Gaara has is his sand to rely on and his sand can't get through Susanoo.

His sagemode was able to last against the 3rd Raikage and edo Madara, so it was for a while. Also those spikes are regular spikes, kabuto uses the natural energy to control them not enhance them. And Sm naruto has to sit there and and wait for kabuto to jab his body repeatedly. He has frog katas

The fights didn't take that long to begin with. Agaisnt Edo Madara, he only used one FRS (which would be chakra taxing) which only poured more Chakra into shape manipulation. Against the Raikage, the fight didn't last that long in regards to the decisive period.

Yes, they are regular spikes. I am stating that manipulating them regularly to stab his body repeatedly isn't the same as falling on them once. Even bullet proof glass breaks after a some moments of repeated bullets being fired into it. Same logic would apply here. How many stabs would his body sustain? That is the question.

He would be just sitting there after White Rage. He has zero counter to it. Kabuto can simply bite him and inject venom into his system as well. He has too many things at his disposal to make this work. He can use sound genjutsu, bury him under the earth tech or simply use what I stated. Naruto is nothing more than a duck in a barrel for Kabuto to shoot. His frog kata would be useless against an opponent who can sense NE and Senjutsu and is far too fast by comparison.

Kabuto is able to liquefy his insides. He won't be affected by it at all, as only he can move after using White Rage. Naruto is done after this tech alone:

Frog Kata wouldn't do anything to Kabuto. Naruto is too slow, his Senjutsu would be easily detected and evaded. As it is nothing but a short burst of Senjutsu from his body. Kabuto senses and evades it. It's really simple for him.

He's parallel to BM naruto so he's definitely stronger. But he puts up a good fight though.
