Well both seals are uzumaki seals and the uzumaki descend from the sage so it makes sense.

The seals nature didn't change, that was the way it was intended to be, minato and naruto had the same seal desing and transformations. It didn't change because naruto was Ashura's renincarnation or anything like that

It seems like you weren't reading the manga called naruto, before you say no proof perhaps you should try to check and see for yourself look at the manga and prove me wrong

No proof of minato's relationship and neither has it been hinted. Naruto through kushina but that doesn't prove the seal is an uzumaki jutsu that's the pure conjecture.
