That wasn't even a blitz. All you showed is that Kakashi moved faster than Sakura but not move so fast that she can't react to his movement speed. Even then, Sakura was simply running, not using shunshin or a chakra enhanced jump both of which allows her to move far faster than simply running. Sakura wasn't trying to blitz Kaguya anyway or else she'd get blind sided due to lacking sharingan and her speed being easily reacted to by such an opponent.

I do agree that Kakashi's reactions are better than Sakura and his top movement speed is probably faster than her's but the gap isn't as big as you are implying.
