Sakura or Tsunade's speed is literally nothing compared to fast characters like Sasuke, Kakashi or Itachi. Let alone Minato, Might Gai or Naruto.

Sakura was "normal running" because she's a slowpoke compared to Kakashi (and compared to other speedsters) so they animated her like that. The reason why she wasn't moving at a fast pace was because she was thinking of what to do when she approaches Naruto, Sasuke & Kaguya. She was moving on basic instinct; charging in blindly without a plan. For if she did have a plan her movements would've been at a fast paced.

XD you haters lol. Nothing special about what she or Kakashi did there yet you guys still take the opportunity to use it as an excuse to bash her regardless.

She was not running at full speed. She attacked JJ Maddy at full speed which is why Naruto Sasuke and Kakashi didn't shushin in front of her then. She ran toward them out of concern, surprise and wanting to help. ALL of them have done this at one point or another and have had someone jump in front of them like this.

Don't act like Sakura was giving it her all there just to make look bad.

It was never, actually. People argue about this saying that since it gives the user a lot of chakra stored in the seal, the user can increase not only the power of his/her techniques but also his speed through that chakra.

The Answer is No.
