Lol. She was going towards Naruto and Sasuke to help them, literally as fast as she could. Kakashi make her look like a slowpoke, simply because he is magnitudes faster than she is. No excuses. Sakura and Tsunade, even with Byakugo, are too slow. Fast and skilled characters like the Raikages, Itachi, Sasuke, Kakashi, Minato, Tobirama, Hashirama, Madara, Might Gai and Naruto will simply blitz them and cut their head off, easily. And I'm not even counting S/T techniques and so on.
When was it stated that the seal enhanced ur speed I thought it only healed u (and potentially gave u access to more chakra there for her hits r potentially stronger ?)
The reason why she wasn't moving at a fast pace was because she was thinking of what to do when she approaches Naruto, Sasuke & Kaguya. She was moving on basic instinct; charging in blindly without a plan. For if she did have a plan her movements would've been at a fast paced.

It was never, actually. People argue about this saying that since it gives the user a lot of chakra stored in the seal, the user can increase not only the power of his/her techniques but also his speed through that chakra.
The Sharingan increases one's own reactions. Helping one moving better, as if one is moving very fast he can risk to not move rightfully.
Again. Since when does sharingan enhance speed? The topic makes it sound like Kakashi had poor reflexea before his sharingan :sdo3:
