Just throw it close to him for teleportation. Something he repeatedly failed at. He failed at teleporting to Naruto earlier as well, and Sasuke ended up saving Naruto. When Minato was using a close as well.

Also, that DB translation is talking about Obito, not Jubi Jin Obito.
