I mean as far as we know when Madara and Izuna had their mangekyou sharingan there was no medic ninja in that era, there was no medic ninja uchiha as far as I know.

When Sasuke and Itachi got their mangekyou sharingan there was no medic ninja to try and heal their eyes.

Since Sarada is in Konoho and there are many medic ninjas, when Sarada unlocks the mangekyou sharingan surely there be medic ninja able to prevent blindness. The one solution is Hashirama DNA, that prevented Obito going blind after all the years using Kamui.

I was thinking more along the line Tsunade, Kabuto and Sakura since they are the very best medic ninja alive. We also have Orochimaru but he is more a scientist than a medic ninja.

None of them have hashi's dna except for naruto who has a hand made by hashi's remaining DNA.

Tsunade was the one that created Hashirama arm for Naruto, which Tsunade was going to make one for Sasuke who refused it. Tsunade has Hashirama DNA stored somewhere.

1- Well there's hashi dna. Sakura could just give her a transplant and that would help.
