Vex's Sound Tournament Official Rules:

• Rei's Rules & Regulations
• Terrain: Up to the person who makes the thread, and first move.
• CJ's allowed; Anything can be used, in terms of CJs, CEs, and CFS'.
• Battles last for 5 turns. If they aren't completed in a timely manner, I'm disqualifying both parties.
In the case of a disagreement, settle the argument over VMs. In the case that you can't come to an arrangement, post in the Conflict and Resolution thread that will be made for the tournament. If I don't get to it myself, I'll have someone else judge it in a timely manner.

Sora channels chakra into the air above the opponent. Traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue are then brough immediately onto the field. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend Vegeta from above and stealthily dispatch both of her arms off-her body through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on her neck and shoulder. A total of 2 Assassins are made, one from above and another also from above but from behind, thus one would fall over your head, and another onto your back.

(Fuuton: Chouyaku no Shinpou) – Wind Release: Leap of Faith

Description: The user will channel their fuuton chakra into the surrounding air in order to create a number of traditional assassins composed entirely of tangible wind with a slight greenish hue. These assassins possess the natural capability of flight due to their weightlessness and are all fully equipped with twin hidden blades jutting out of their forearms. On creation, the assassins typically descend on their targets from above and stealthily dispatch them through the use of their bladed weapons by targeting vital locations on their victim's body. They don't necessarily have to land on top of their targets but can simply be created so they will land near/next to them. These assassins, regardless of the number, will always have to be created a minimum of five meters away from living beings (excluding the user and sentient creations such as the Stone Golems) and must always be created above their targets. The number of created assassins will always equal or exceed the number of designated targets (e.g. if a technique creates a fifty soldiers made of earth, at least fifty assassins of wind will be created). The maximum possible number of assassins that can be created through a single usage of this technique is a hundred and so if more than that number of targets exist, then this maximum of one hundred soldiers will be created. The power of this technique is equally divided between the number of assassins created.

Of course, Vegeta wouldn't be able to see the Assassins, so to him, Sora hadn't actually started (unless you notice them some other way), he performs 3 handseals, these being his "opening move" given the previous wind technique required no medium of activation, thus was not noticed. Focusing his fuuton chakra into the air short range to his left to generate a large amount of wind, the winds will then gather into a centered body. Then, through the use of chakra control the wind will shape into a large dog-like beast composed solely of wind. Giving off a beastly form, when standing with four feet, his height was twice can be high as a normal-sized adult human. While his total body length ranges up to five meters.

The beast commonly called Soyokaze has a body running through confimed wind to form its legs body and head, while being seemingly covered in round quilt partterns, which have a more aggressive wind properties to them. The large wind canine immediately dashes off at Vegeta at high speed, as it moves through Sora's left (your right) it would attempt to carve it's large claw's across Geet's chest and blow her backwards.
Sora then begins darting forward, as he moves, he takes out two Kunai. Infuses one with water chakra and throws it aiming at Geet's torso, while throwing a second one, infused with wind chakra, and aimed at his legs.

(Fuuton: Hageshii Soyokaze) - Wind Release: Tempestuous Whisk

Description: The user will perform the required handseals (3) before focusing their fuuton chakra into the air at any location on the battlefield (within short range) to generate a large amount of wind, the winds will them gather into a centered body. Then, through the use of chakra control the wind will shape into a large dog-like beast composed solely of wind. Giving off a beastly form, when standing with four feet, his height was twice can be high as a normal-sized adult human. While his total body length ranges up to five meters. The beast commonly called Soyokaze has a body running through confimed wind to form its legs body and head, while being seemingly covered in round quilt partterns, which have a more aggressive wind properties to them. As its name and body structure imply, this beast excels in wind manipulation. It has the ability to with a single swipe of its claws, which can slash human flesh with ease, release a three blade pattern of its claw, roughly 1 meter in length each blade towards the target. This can be done successively if wanted, and each 3 bladed swipe has a strength of B rank. Soyokaze's other primary ability is to 'surf' through the air, using its wind abilities to do so, this is done by a certain method. The method of 'surfing' is turning its entire body into a gale of wind, which moves 25% (1/4th) faster than the user's base speed (the beast's base speed on ground is the same as the user's base). While in gale form, the beast can still manifest and solidify only selective parts of its body if wanted, with the gole of causing damage, such as rushing towards the target as a gale and then manifesting only a claw to slash at them. Lastly, the beast of wind can by will turn into a wave of slicing winds when wanted, carrying an A rank strength behind it, once used however, the beast ceases to exist completely. Because of this, this technique is commonly known as Final howl, needless to say, this can only be used 1 time each time Tempestuous Whisk is used. Freeform slashing or biting does not have rank strength, but it can slash and stab into human flesh, though not deep into the bone.
Note(s):

Vegeta was in his ready stance as his opponent came into view, a familiar sight and an old friend somewhat by this point, a man he had much respect for named Sora. Thought it appeared his opponent did nothing suddenly he hears the sound of swirling winds appear out of nowhere directly above and behind him causing him to quickly glance above himself. Once in sight he wastes no time forming one seal and disperses into 10 highly compressed katon flames that are shaped like condors. The wind assassins would dissipate upon touching the fiery chakra as they soar thru the air towards Sora, one of the condors who is Vegeta soars off to safety. All 9 condors converge on him at once and explode in a huge fiery explosion that covers the area causing massive destruction in it's wake. Once the condors explode all surroundings within mid range will be covered with 6ft tall flames as Vegeta lands just outside of the explosions range and turns back to normal..
(Katon: Hagetaka kaen) Fire Release: Condor Blaze

Description: The user will form a row of 10 handseals, he will then disperse into 10 highly compressed katon flames that are shaped like condors. The condors will then soar through the air at great speeds at the opponent. 1 condor will be the user and will travel to the desired location that the user wants and the user will appear from that condor while the other 9 condors soar through the air and attack the opponent. The condors hit the opponent all at the same time. On impact the condors will explode in a huge fiery explosion that covers the area . Once the condors explode all surroundings within mid range will be covered with 6ft tall flames.
-If the user has signed the condor contract then this jutsu will only require 5 handseals.
-No Katon for the next 2 turns.
-Can only use this jutsu once per battle.
-Can only use 2 jutsu on the next turn.
-No Katon jutsu before this jutsu.
-The turn that this jutsu is used, the user can only use one more jutsu so this jutsu counts as 2 moves.
-If the user is caught in the explosion then he/she will die.
-Can only be taught by ~Yard~
Sensing out his opponents life force inside the massive explosion since seeing each other would he hard to do at this point, he bends down unstrapping his leg weights doubling his own speed as they hit the ground in a thunderous thud. He waits till the flames subside then would begin to run at great speed in a zig zag pattern straight at Sora..
(Katai Omori: Doroppu) Leg Weights: Drop

Description:
The user stops, bends over to reach his legs and unstraps his leg weights, dropping them to the ground. As a result the user gains a drastic boost to his running speed (doubles) and +20 to all his Strong Fist Kick-related moves. However, this boost in strength and speed is completely nulified when releasing the EIG or when using any kind of movement speed enhancement technique or weight manipulation technique; they don't add up on eachother.

Thought it appeared his opponent did nothing suddenly he hears the sound of swirling winds appear out of nowhere directly above and behind him causing him to quickly glance above himself. Once in sight he wastes no time forming one seal and disperses into 10 highly compressed katon flames that are shaped like condors. The wind assassins would dissipate upon touching the fiery chakra as they soar thru the air towards Sora, one of the condors who is Vegeta soars off to safety. Sora focuses his chakra into Sanada Yukimura which then starts to release the chakra from the blade. The chakra forms two orbs that hover around the Gyojin. On command these orbs fly up and start spinning above Sora, they would intercept the Condors' invasion. The two orbs would be sacrificed to neutralize the colossal attack of flames that could've been, but was prevented in due time.

Description: The user focuses his chakra into Sanada Yukimura which then starts to release the chakra from the blade. The chakra forms two orbs that hover around the user. On command these orbs can destroy an incoming attack, neutralizing it without visible damage.

☛ The two orbs can be sacrificied at once to stop one forbidden-rank jutsu
This jutsu works as long as the user wants but he needs to pay +5 chakra each turn and if the two orbs have been sacrificied, the jutsu ends
Of course, Sora's attention would also be focused on the other Condor that stay back instea of attacking, he watched as Vegeta appread from within the flames as they began to vanish. As he went down to untie his weights, Sora also went down, but slammed his hands on the ground instead. Lowering the ground in the surrounding area below Vegeta at high speeds,creating a giant square hole in the ground, starting from mid range behind Vegeta to short range infront of Sora. The 20 meter deep hole is made almost instantaneously, and it would throw Vegeta off balance, preventing him from carrying out his leg work tactic.

(Doton: Chidōkaku) - Earth Release: Moving Earth Core

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.
As if it was not enough, immediately upon the ground lower, Sora would chain 4 handseals, which due to his abilities, would be performed in the time it takes to perform only 1 seal. Hitting the ground once more, causing the vicinity up to long range to tremor. Distributing dominant shockwaves as to the horizon, knocking down trees if any are in the landscape; this would also make the hole began to break apart and crumble, pretty much smashing down on Vegeta. Anything that has contact with the ground affected by the jutsu will be flung into the air. The ground within the radius is then made to ascend upwards many meters as a result creating a large mesa (unstable wave-like protrusions of earth). Once the mesa is created, in which Vegeta would already be crushed, Sora makes 1 seal which will cause the landmass to rupture into countless amounts of debris, nonetheless still holding its shape, using immense chakra reserves to cause the numerous amount of rocks to collide down back to the ground. Thus causing a decimated landscape which will be irreparable. It reaches up to 20 meters into the distance from the user's location working as the center of the attack, and covering the scope of a 120 degree radius infront of his eyesight. To better understand this move, the hole is made, and the 2nd earth jutsu makes it break apart and crush Vegeta, while all of the earth "explodes" upwards, the rock and vegeta included, lifting the earth into the skies, and then is made to compress back into the ground, crushing you once more.

(Doton: Dokishindou Tsuyoishukensha) - Earth Release: Wrath of the Earth Sovereign

Description: Performing four handseals and then focusing a concentrated amount of chakra in his hand, the user will make a fist and slam it onto the surface of the ground to cause an vicinity up to long range to tremor. Distributing dominant shockwaves as to the horizon, knocking down trees if any are in the landscape. This may also be initiated with a stomp of their feet instead, after performing the handseals. Anything that has contact with the ground affected by the jutsu will be flung into the air. The ground within the radius is then made to ascend upwards many meters as a result creating a large mesa (unstable wave-like protrusions of earth).
