Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user can manipulate metal strings to form a protective dome. This dome is capable of repelling most basic Taijutsu attacks up to A rank. The user can reshape the wire within the dome, changing it to a binding string with ease, however it is weak to lightning based techniques.
"Now, a weird technique where you will form some hand seals and manipulate metal strings to form a protective dome around yourself. Description: The user after creating a shadow clone and grabs it then transforming into a Fuma Shuriken that is then thrown at the enemy the shuriken then turns back into the shadow clone who then punches the target in the face.
Note: Can also add kunai for extra damage and must create one shadow clone before use.
"After creating a shadow clone, you will grab it and form it into a Fuma Shuriken. This can then be launched towards the opponent, and as it gets close, it will form back into a shadow clone that then punches the opponent in the face. Quite useful if the opponent doesn't see you form the shadow clone into a shuriken."
Keji performs the necessary hand seals and begins manipulating metal strings around himself forming a dome around himself, after dispersing the string Keji would speak.
Advantages of this technique are two-fold. The first begin a defensive barrier, this can protect the user or his teammates from harm up to B-Ranks and even A-Rankedtai. This can also be used as a trap imprisoning enemies inside and with the users will the string can bind the target.
Disadvantages of this technique is that it is susceptible to lightning style jutsu. Another disadvantage is that the thread cannot protect the user from underground attacks unless the user has some way of sensing an underground attack.
Keji then looks towards his clone who then walks towards him. Grabbing hold of his clone it would take the shape of a fuma shuriken. Keji would then throw this shuriken at a trajectory that would place it behind Dean. Once behind Dean it will return to it' former form.
Advantages this is a very sneaky way to place a shadow clone directly in front or behind your opponent. It can be combined with multiple other ninjutsu to aid in its effectiveness and/or success.
Disadvantages are as follows. You most definitely have to perform this technique under cover of another. Without the element of surprise this technique is pretty much futile.

"Through the use of two scrolls, you will use your chakra and cause multiple weapons to come from said scrolls and hit the opponent upwards, and leave the weapons hanging in the air. A chain is then brought from the scroll and pulls the opponent down onto the ground, and all the weapons in the air also descend downwards onto the opponent."

Keji pulls out a scroll and from it summons an iron dome behind him.

Really not much to this on as it is very similar to the earthen dome jutsu you taught me. only differences are that this one hinders your vision since you can't create slots in it; it doesn't have the elemental weakness of the earth dome which is a plus; neither can protect you from underground attacks and both can protect up to B-Rank assaults.
Keji would then create a small layer of stone around his skin as his clone pulls out two scrolls summoning multiple weapons to shoot towards Keji knocking him into the air. As the blades float into the air the clone would use a chain that wraps around Keji's leg and brings him down to the ground where the floating blades would begin to descend upon him. As Keji begins to stand and release his stone armor his clone would speak.
This seems to be a stronger version of (Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall. There is one major difference, though, with this technique the user has to use the chain to bring down the opponent versus the chain being summoned from the scroll. The fact that the user has to do may add a small gap in which the opponent may be able to counter said technique.

Keji and his clone surround a single clone. Keji would then summons several weapons tied together by a chakra string. These weapons would then be pulled together and once stacked Keji would do a back flip launching the weapons towards the clones. As the weapons bombard, the Dean clone Keji's clone would grab a pair of tonfa from the barrage and smack the clone into the air with 'em. Keji then tosses a scroll into the air as his clone jumped, the scroll would then summon a bo staff which his clone would use to slam Dean's clone back to the ground. Keji's clone then summons a spiked club which he would then slam into the clone dispersing it.
Advantages of the first technique like others you've taught me, it provides a means of diversion and distraction or even good combinations. The downfall is that it could be blown back with wind style jutsu or blocked by other elemental jutsu. The second jutsu like others is great for combinations but leaves gaps between attacks due to the multiple summonings and movements. My suggestion would be to have a clone or partner set up the target and be prepared to counter any counter action to the assault.

With the next series of techniques explained Keji and K2(clone) would turn to a Dean clone. Keji pulls out a large scroll while K2 simultaneously reaches out his hand releasing a series of flower petals that would obscure the clones vision as black smoke surrounded it. Keji would then through his scroll above the clone as K2 cast a genjutsu making it the clone believe he would still see flower pedal even if he expelled the real ones. The scroll would then summon a series of kunai to rain down upon the clone before summoning large chains to slam the clone to the ground.
Advantages of the first are similar to other techniques we've learned, it summons countless kunai forcing your opponent to focus on evading of defending leaving him open for an assault and two it summons chains heavy enough to slam your opponent onto the ground. When combined with a genjutsu or diversion you could mutilate your opponent and if combined with a jutsu such as super-added weight you could crush them.
Disadvantage of this is the scroll throwing which unless hidden or used after a diversion will be too obvious.
Advantages for the first are that it obscures your targets vision allowing for escape of various combinations. Another plus is that this can easily be tied in with other genjutsu of ninjutsu that use flower petals as their base.
Disadvantage is that this could potentially be burned, washed or blown away.

Eager to move onto the next level Keji creates another shadow clone. The three weave the necessary hand seals and clap their hands. They then reach into their pouches and throw several shuriken that multiply into a vast amount and disperses several of Deans clones.
I agree while not all that flashy it still serves it purpose. One advantage of this is that I imagine you would create essentially a wall of shuriken. Combine these with threads of other shuriken jutsu and you have a valuable attack or distraction as you now also have two other clones who can maneuver and while the target is distracted. The major disadvantage with this is wind style jutsu since a gust would just send that massive barrage right back at you.

After listing to their instruction Keji and his two clones smile. As Keji begins weaving hand seals K1 dashes towards a nearby clone knocking it into the air with a war fan. K1 one would then throw the fan towards Deans clone while Keji and K2 slam their hands on the ground. As the hands hit three gates begin to emerge and Keji begins to channel explosive tags around all of them while simultaneously K1 appears behind Deans clone grabbing the fan and knocking it back down on top the gates. Once the clones make contact with the gates they will explode decimating the clone and gates in the process.
Advantages. With the first technique is that it allows you the ability to cover your opponent in explosive tags without them being seen. These tags are detonated at will and so you can choose whether to increase the tags thus increasing the explosion or explode them immediately causing less damage but enough for whatever it was intended for.
Disadvantages. One would be that the more tags you channel the longer you have to prepare. This meaning you need a diversion or a partner defending you while you prepare. The second disadvantage I would imagine would be dojutsu users as they would see the tags.
The second technique would prove extremely effective as a defensive maneuver. It's advantages come from each of the three gates specific jobs.
Disadvantages. One being that it can only block up to A ranked jutsu and the other being that it is a linear defense. What I mean by this is that you can only block something coming from one direction leaving you vulnerable to omnidirectional assaults.
The third technique seems quite fun as it seems to be a combination of taijutsu and a fan. I would say thatit'sbiggest advantage would be the users speed.
But this can also prove to be a disadvantage cause if you are slower than your target they can react between attacks or if they have a dojutsu the gaps could prove fatal.

Keji and his clone would pull out a total of three scrolls. K1 would throw his scroll above one of Deans clones while Keji's two scrolls begin to unroll and spin around him. The first scroll would begin to summon multiple weapons which rain down on the clone while Keji would begin sending the weapons he summoned towards the clone which exploded on impact. Using the smoke as a diversion K1 clone would take the shape of Deans clone so that when the smoke settled Dean would assume Keji just killed his own clone.
As the K1 approached Dean he would stand next to him and speak Yea he almost had me their, but he needs to pratice his aim and restraint before he gets his allies killed. Keji would then speak
Advantages of the first are the same as the original with the added advatage of only needing hand gestures to utilaze the weapons and the addition of explosive tags. The advantage of the second technique is that it summons stronger weapons which do more damage to the opponent and lastly the advantage of the third technique is the same as the other transformation techniques you've taugh me.
K1 then puts his hand on Deans shoulder,
The disadvantages are the same as their weaker counterparts Dean-o

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Keji listens to his sensei as usual and after his instruction creates another shadow clone though this one can only use nin, tai, and explode. As this clone begins running towards one of Dean's clones it would channel its chakra around its body refracting the light around him and turning invisible. K1 would then begin to run towards the clone creating multiple copies of himself along the way to distract it from him and his clone brethren. In the chaos, K1 would appear behind Dean's clone and bind his arms and legs while K2 reappeared next to them. Keji would then detonate his clone blowing the three to oblivion.
The first tech has an advantage that resembles that of the forbidden tech Edo Tense. You can essentially create multiple clones over and over and continue to blow them up. Another use is support of decoys since they can still use ninjutsu and taijutsu making them excellent for cqc. The disadvantage to using this technique is that you cut down more than half of the clones combat abilities.
The second tech is great for espionage, subterfuge, and assassinations. Beyond that this tech has no use as sensoryanddojutsu users will be able to locate the target.
The last tech is a very good decoy, especially when combined with close range assassination tech. A good example of this would be when the sandvillageattack the leaf village.

Ignore my overuse of jutsu please I just like making things dramatic ^^
After hearing Dean's instruction Keji immediately spawns two shadow clones to his left and right. The shadow clones would dash to their designated positions forming a triangle with the remainder of the Dean clones in the center of the triangle. Keji and the clones would begin throwing a barrage of shuriken at the clones. As the last shuriken left their hands they would weave five hand seals causing the shuriken to multiply equaling around 3000+ shuriken. All of Deans clones would effectively be whipped out.
Advantages, for the first technique it's advantage comes in numbers and ambush. By using shadow clones which means up to 4 I believe you can effectively surround and attack your opponent from both sides. I would suggest one person at each of the cardinal directions and one clone attack from above effectively leaving the target nowhere to turn.
The second techniques advantage are similar to that of a shadow clone. By this I mean you can throw one shuriken and turn it into 1000. Since shadow clones have the same physical properties astheiroriginalsthese shuriken should be just as lethal as the original.
Disadvantages of the first and second technique are elemental jutsu that can either defend, or repel. Another weakness of the first technique is that it is dependent on the use of shadow clones meaning if they are dispersed before reaching a formation the technique won't work.

There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground. Others will clap their hands directly like Nagato through the use of his Animal Path. After hearing what was to be done next Keji smiled and bit his thumb but instead of weaving hand seals he would wipe it across a new tattoo on his arm and slam his hand on the ground. This would summon Azrael the current boss of the Springehare to the training field.

No this is Dean. He's basically taught me everything I know.
Azrael glared at Dean do to her mistrust of other species.
Keji I'll be returning home now but I expect you to come and continue your training
. Keji nodded as she disperse in a cloud of smoke.
Keji would then weave a couple seals causing a giant maneki neko to appear and close upon one of his two clones then become wrapped by two giant chains and drug underground. As the smoke finally settled Keji's clone would begin to speak when all of a sudden it disappeared in a puff of smoke.

said Keji as he turned to Dean.
The first technique advantages and disadvantages come in the form of the summoning creature you chose. The advantages and disadvantages vary dependent on the type of creature, the size of the creature, their special skills if any, and the terrain you are fighting on.
The second techniques advantage comes from the element of surprise or a well planned combination. Disadvantages for this technique in my opinion would be wind since some futon can blow things away and other would cut through it, raiton for pure cutting capabilities, and doton for defensive abilities.
The third technique only has advantages in my eyes. It can be used to transport the contract holder out of danger, to an area where they are needed, or even to other countries. How one uses this technique is up to the user but the uses are potentially endless.

Description:
The user draws blood and does the summoning handseals, slamming his hand on the ground. With one already boasting enormous defensive properties, with this technique the user summons five Rashōmon gates to block an incoming attack. The defence is quite formidable, and with five gates, the user is also able to change the trajectory of an incoming attack if they are proven unable to completely stop it. This technique can defend the user against any S-Rank technique but, due to its enormous scale, becomes hard to use in most situations because of the area one needs to summon the gates.

"You've summoned many of these gates before but this one is the big bad. Draw some blood, and do the summoning hand seals and slam your hand onto the ground. This causes five Rashomon gates to be summon, blocking an incoming technique. It can defend against most S ranks, however, its size makes it difficult to use in small spaces."

Description: Rasengan was a Ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato. It just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand, which can create a destructive impact.
"Oh yes, the Rasengan. A Ninjutsu technique of a very high caliber, where you will focus a large amount of chakra into the palm of your hands. This chakra is then rotated, and allows one to create a sphere of pure chakra, considered to be a feat as one can control chakra very well if one can perform the Rasengan. Nonetheless, this is slammed into the opponent and causes quite some damage."
