For Naruto case I think it was Hagoromo own doing. I guess if he received Yin chakra naturally(where he never had), the result will be Rinnegan and not RSM.

But rikudou chakra is a natural part of naruto now,right? Or does he have to tap into it like the bijuu?

The reason they all have separate abilities is due to gene dilation. Kaguya had Six Path Senjutsu and RinneSharingan, Hamura and Hagoromo both inherited her chakra but because of their separate genes.

One inherited her Byakugan while the other inherited a more diluted RinneSharingan in the form of the Rinnegan, and both lacked the power of the Shinju.

Likewise, when Hagoromo had children the genes he inherited from Kaguya were even further diluted. Indra inherited Rikudou chakra without the NE and a further diluted version of the RinneSharingan in the form of the Sharingan, while Ashura inherited no dojutsu but the ability to combine NE with his chakra and reproduce the Six Path Senjutsu his father inherited from Kaguya.

Sharingan is needed because they are a devolved RinneSharingan which is a more evolved Rinnegan. Ashura had the genes to unlock Hagoromo's body while Indra had the genes to unlock Hagoromo's eyes. When possessing both sides of the Sage's power, you have the chakra to unlock Kaguya's abilities by fusing with the Shinju.

I tell you what I see here. Its like a transformation core. Transformation core here is Doujutsu Sharingan and it need the power source in Body power(Yang) to transform the core into new core.

When we talked about Rikudou chakra, this chakra sure still remain inside Naruto body same as Sasuke. But RSM is depends on the level.

He should still have base RSM.

There's no such thing as Yin and Yang chakra, chakra itself is the combination of Yin (spiritual energy) and Yang (physical energy) Hagoromo's chakra consists of Indra's spiritual energy and Ashura's physical energy.

Naruto and Sasuke received the same chakra but due to their separate genes they awakened separate abilities. Sasuke had Indra's chakra combined with the Sage and therefore awakened a tomoe Rinnegan while Naruto had Ashura's body combined with the Sage and awakened Six path Senjutsu.

Naruto didn't awaken the Rinnegan because he doesn't have the genes for dojutsu, Sasuke didn't awaken SPS because he doesn't have the genes for Ashura's body.

First part is a misconception though. :th:

Yin + Yang never creates chakra, it enhances chakra making it stronger.

Chakra is basically the divine fourth energy of NV. What was stated about chakra in part 1 was debunked by the end of Shippuden and the Fourth Databook.

Well Naruto can still obtain the dojutsu because Ashura's genes come from the Sage but he requires Indra's eyes to do so because they contain the ability to evolve into the Rinnegan.

Hagoromo not having a Sharingan is not a factor because as I stated in my previous response, the Sharingan is a devolved Rinnegan, the process of evolution relies on DNA.

The Sharingan is needed to awaken the Rinnegan just as the Rinnegan is needed to awaken Kaguya's RinneSharingan, because Indra's DNA contains the genetic information for dojutsu. As you said it's a "transformation core".

The Sage's genes were divided between his children so as a result Naruto and Sasuke's powers evolved into separate halves of Hagoromo's power, because one had the DNA to unlock Hagoromo's KKG while the other had the DNA to produce his Senjutsu chakra.

Ever since the introduction of Ashura and Indra, Naruto and Sasuke have been written to become exactly like them in that they are equal counter-parts, but the latter pair being the conclusion that come to acknowledge each other's methods. Because of this they must still stay on their respective paths of yin and yang. Kishimoto even goes on to emphasize this in the Databook by not highlighting yang for Sasuke nor yin for Naruto. What creates the most evidence for it is the following page:

Of course one may argue that such division was only for the seals, but this is also the moment which he gave them his chakra. Someone in the thread stated that such a thing isn't possible but we have the example of Kurama.

Another counter is Sasuke having the Rinnegan which is an obvious sign of both sides, but that doesn't truly diminish the boundary because he receives no other benefits of the actual body concept. It's also not exactly clear as to what gave him the eye power. It could have been influenced by the chakra given to him by Hashirama himself and Kabuto's usage of his cells. The same goes for Naruto who gained the Six Paths Sage Mode coincidentally after gaining the chakra of all Tailed Beasts.

Of course either side is merely speculation. I don't think it matters ultimately because given chakra doesn't stay forever and neither gained the opposites abilities even if they were given the complete chakra.

Actually, we do know how Sasuke received the Rinnegan as the Databook confirms that Sasuke received the Rinnegan from Hagoromo which means it was Hagoromo's chakra that enabled Sasuke to awaken the Rinnegan. Same applied to Naruto. Naruto received RSM as a gift from Hagoromo which meant that it was Hagoromo's own Chakra that enabled Naruto use RSM.

Hagoromo has 2 Powers and wanted each Transmigrant to receive an equal portion of his chakra. Therefore, he gave half of his complete chakra to each Transmigrant and only 1 of his Powers. Sasuke received the chakra linked to Hagoromo's Rinnegan and Naruto received the chakra that gave him mastery over Senjutsu. With Hagoromo's full chakra, you can imagine that either one of the Transmigrants would have both powers.

It's not complicated at all. Naruto simply didn't receive the Rinnegan as he wanted to evenly distribute his power between both Transmigrants and so if he gave Sasuke the Rinnegan, the only remaining power is RSM which Naruto had to have.

[That doesn't make sense. Ashura's chakra is not the reason for why he obtained RSM and we know this because Indra was unable to awaken the Rinnegan. Ashura's chakra was stated to be equal to Indra's chakra, so it makes no sense that Ashura's chakra could awaken a Six Paths Power, but Indra's couldn't.

The most likely conclusion is that Ashura received it from Hagoromo as Hagoromo has always given Ashura more power.

Ashura also wouldn't have been able to use TSB had he not have Indra's Chakra as TSB utilizes Six Path's Yin Release which Ashura did not have without Rikudou's Chakra.

That completely contradicts what hagoromo said.

Six Paths Chibaku Tensei is clearly referring to the Yin and Yang Seals which are separate from Rikudou's Chakra. Even Rikudou Sennin only had the Yang Seal despite having both Yin and Yang.

No he didn't. It was specifically stated that Indra only had the Sage's Spiritual Energy hence why the Uchiha only inherited Rikudou's Yin Release. The reason why Indra could manifest a PS with only a Mangekyo Sharingan is because Indra had the most potent form of Rikudou's Yin Release as his blood thinned over future generations. Because Indra's chakra became weaker over future generations, Uchiha like Madara and Sasuke needed the EMS to obtain Perfect Susano'o.

Manga clearly shows that the Yin and Yang Power Sasuke and Naruto possessed was in the form of the seals, so the Databook entry is referring to the seals, hence why it acted as a sealing jutsu in the manga.

rikudou chakra is the basis of hagoromo's chakra. Besides if he had didn't have rikudou chakra then ashura would plowed through PS with TSB easily. Ashura would've won.
Where was it stated you needed "most potent form of Rikudou's Yin Release" could make you jump to PS? I guess kakashi also had this mysterious power too?
This is the assumption that indra's transmigrant chakra got weaker. That does seem like a possibility tho.

It can't be a simple coincidence that both characters met the requirements for their powers before receiving blessings from Hagoromo. Sasuke probably would have had normal Rinnegan without Hagoromo and Naruto probably would've had some advantage as well considering the Tailed Beasts were already cooperative with him.
