-He can just blow a Katon in Baku's face when it's summoned
-He can react to izanagi's respawn strikes
-He can kill Danzo over and over again with shurikens, chidori senbon, or CQC
-He has the stamina to last 10 minutes against izanagi
-They at least match each other in the genjutsu department
-Danzo's curse seal can be overpowered by Sasuke powering out of it with CM2 and combination of willpower, not like Danzo will ever land it anyway

The only issue I see here is either analyzing Izanagi or being able to maintain his Cursed Seal for 10 minutes. Well that, and the potential of Danzo tagging him and applying a Cursed Seal on him.

Sasuke wins. MS Sasuke had poor stamina and speed feats. The guy dodged several C1 and C2 bombs shockwaves without a scratch on himself. If anyone thinks that Danzo's wind tech speed even remotely compares, then he's being very obtuse:

He started using the Fuma Shuriken (FS) somewhere immediately after the explosion. Look at what happens here:

Sasuke's immense speed was already foreshadowed before, so it's no surprise than he gained ground against Deidara's art, summoned Manda, put him under and genjutsu and fled:

MS Sasuke who was getting exhausted and feeling the burden of MS's techs (with an inferior speed to boot compared to his Hebi version) dodged both of his pathetic Futon techs from close range with ease; along with his trusty Hawk for the second tech:

Danzo would go down in manga history to be a Hokage candidate and lose one of his Izanagi eyes over a ****ing Shuriken:

Manda deals with Baku easily. It's a lethal summon. Sasuke can easily summon a Hawk to even the playing field as well. Seriously, the guy is a ****ing scrub. I'll give this fight Mid Diff at most.

1-Curse seal is countered with Sasuke's own curse seal
2- Baku is controlled via genjutsu or taken out via Manda.
3- Sasuke would beat Danzo in cqc via cm1 or cm2
4- Genjutsu can and will still fool Danzo like it did before.

And notice how no one is wasting time addressing repeated arguments and excuses to justify Sasuke victory here.

-They want to claim Hebi Sasuke's physical stats looks superior, despite MS Sasuke needing to face different match up (stronger in fact), then a character that was bad match up to him. And yet manga telling us that Sasuke chakra became more potent then CM chakra, and was only raising its power even further against Danzo. So not wasting time to people saying CS will outperform MS.


-They want to justify CM powerful chakra, inferior to MS powerful chakra, is going to break the curse seal despite MS needing to power up even further to break it.

-They want to factor Sasuke's genjutsu despite Obito saying it was onlya factor without Shisui's eye being activated. OP says only Shusui's MS ability is not allowed. So Genjutsu is never a factor and could potentially back fire towards Sasuke.

And the humongous downplay on Danzo feats (which he is allowed to use 3T Sharingan for even better performance) is really not worth the time addressing anymore.

3. Sasuke hardly has counters to Iron Sand, and the ones that do requires prep, or risking his life to breach it. Since all it takes is one scratch to win this fight.
