Lol if you noticed there was hardly any other hyuga there. That scene was specifically fir the main characters. Kishi made introduces random members here and there. If he didnt we wouldnt know that the clan was bigger at all.

I bet you didnt know there were that many sarutobi, or Nara clan. There are more then enough hyuuga to move his plot, so he used them.
