It has nothing to do with Hagoromo because Madara was able to do the same thing without Rinnegan when he battle against Hashirama at VOTE.
I already gave you proof Obito was able to do it (without Hagoromo).

We don't know where Madara learned it, and stone tablet says nothing about Kyubi for all we know.
Seeing how BZ is Kaguya's incarnate and knows everything about the Bijuu it's quite probable that he was the one who thaught Obito how to do it while they were on their journeys as "Madara". More probable than not.
I don't think we've ever seen Madara teach him that. And I don't think Sharingan allows any form of summonings as it was simply used to put Kyubi in trance not sign a contract with it.
It's really just left unexplained.
If you're going like this then I can say that Naruto also know contract seal which he might learned from the uzumaki clan ruins, just like how orochimaru did. Look kid, It's not like I hate theory's but you seem like you're making a statement, which doesn't have any valid evidence. You're thinking that every uchiha is a carbon copy of each other but they aren't. Either way, the bijuu susanoo would be pointless if Naruto knows the seal.

If you mean what Minato used we know Sasuke knows that jutsu cuz he knows about six paths jutsu and Naruto is a fodder that only knows Shadow clones and there are many sealing jutsus that the Uzumaki knows.
I can clearly see that you have language problems. But let me help you with what I just said, do you know that Minato broke the contract between a tailed beast, which was the kyuubi and tobi/obito. The scan is in explode's post. Go and see it. You don't need to be an uchiha to know a contract breaker, as Hashirama has also shown this in a gameplay cutscene. Clear ?

Boi, I won't leave without helping you. It was never mentioned that sasuke knows all Rikudō sealing jutsus. Heck, I think he only knows one & it's gone. Its nice to fap to pixelated male characters but unfortunately, this is the wrong site. If you want to downplay Naruto, make a thread about that and fulfill your pixelated desires. The stone tablet says nothing about summoning the tailed beasts either. It is likely that Obito learned it from Black Zetsu. Take a look at the size of the tablet. Look up the picture of the tablet on google if you will. Does it honestly look like it can honestly teach one how to summon the tailed beasts?
Given that the tablet also explains about the various sharingan abilities as well as complicated Black Zetsu bullshit...teaching summoning? Yeah...no.
