Word word, in all honesty I think that this fight is pretty simple and it's rather unfair for Neji because it's a weird matchup. I think Sakon/Ukon's main feature which is their KKG is what lets them take it. If Neji goes in close range to attack which is his only option, he gets merged with and killed.
Neji has Byakugan and would be able Sakon/Ukon's charka points. With that being said, im pretty sure he would be able to see a extra head at the back of Sakon/Ukon filled with tenketsu. As we all know, while merged, they are vulnerable to the same attack, as seen when Kiba stabbed himself.

.Since Neji can no doubt see them, he prevents them from merging at all cost while continuing with his attack.
If they somehow manage to merge with Neji, since he can precisely attack with his Jyuuken, he attacks the fused portion of Sakon/Ukon and deals a fatal or damaging blow. Since it is so precise, he can avoid dealing massave damage to himself, and after Sakon/Ukon defuse, he re-opens the sealed chakra point.

How does he keep them from merging? Simple, his insane level of chakra control.
This was shown when he inverted the Super-Sonic arrow from Kidomaru. And was also shown when he blew away Kidomaru's chakra-webs.
Rotation isn't even needed.
But, This is only if they somehow merge with him. Which i don't see happening.

Anyway neji trashes sakon/ukon the same way he trashed CM2 kido who was basically wrecked from a tab bit of chakra sent through a string .

Yeah, no. There's no way Neji can hit their chakra points while they're merged. You don't seem to understand how their KKG works- they are sharing the same body.
You never even offered a way. All you said was chakra control. How does that keep them from merging?

Debates don't have time limits. The only time I've ever seen limits on a debate is either post limits or several days. Which we never established in our original debate thread. And on top of that- this isn't even a debate.

1. They are sharing the same body, that means they have the same chakra points or that they are merged together. Neji has the byakugan and would be able to see that they are merged or that they still distinctly have different chakra points. With that being said he attacks with his gentle fist to cause a fatal or damaging blow and since it is a precise attack, he doesn't damage himself(majorly) like how Kiba did.
But like I said I don't see them getting the chance to merge anyways, because.............
2.Neji can expel chakra from every point In his body( all points at once while rotating is how Kaiten is done). Since he can do that, when they attempt to merge he expels chakra from that point or points, to repel them.

What's Neji going to do when they share the same body?
He would have to do a massive blow to himself to be able to get them out.
Even Kiba with his sense of smell didn't even notice that they merged. Because they break themselves down at the molecular level to merge. When Neji goes in to attack them, reaches out to poke them, he gets merged with.
Simple to understand.
You are dodging around the fact that i just stated, he would repel them using his chakra, Neji's Byakugan>Kiba's sense of smell. He would be able to see them trying to merge........ Rendering their most dangerous attack useless.

I'm not dodging around the fact, it makes no sense. I said when Neji goes to attack them. He has to attack them at some point and when he does he gets merged with. Neji doesn't have the speed to stop them.

I don't see why he doesn't have the speed to stop them. When he has many reaction feats. That being said, we all know how easy chakra control is for him so i don't see this being a problem. If you think otherwise, please show you proof in terms of scans. I'm not seeing how he wouldn't be able to dodge it either.

I think you don't understand the whole part about controlling their body at the molecular level.
They're literally merged, unmerge, and then merge again in seconds. The brother who unmerged made it all the way past the kids, neji included, without them noticing. Twice.
They merge much quicker than anything Neji has reacted to.

It's not like Kiba was like sniff sniff "he's right on top of me"
Neji's vision may be > Kiba's smell and even that's arguable but it's not so much better that he would notice something that Kiba genuinely had no idea was happening.
Because when Sakon/Ukon break down on a molecular level, they can't be seen/ smelled.
He had no idea they had merged until he came out of his body.

1.That attack was not even aimed at Neji or was it meant to harm him. Add on to the fact that,Neji didn't have his Byakugan activated.
2. You keep saying that they can't be seen, does the manga explicity state that, or are you trying to make a better case for yourself?
Neji is the owner of a dojutsu, if that is said in the manga, they are most likely talking about by regular eyes.
3. Kiba had just got done with an attack that makes him unable to perceive anything and was continuing his attack by the smell of Akamaru's piss. Which you conveniently left out.

All of this doesn't really matter, like i said before, until you can prove to me that they can merge or counter Neji's byakugan(which you haven't) then he doesn't merge with them. Even if they do merge, he attacks them with his Jyuuken,which is very precise, to deal fatal blows to the person that merged with him without him having to take fatal injuries himself.

I'm not talking about them throwing shuriken.
I'm talking about the fact that one of the brothers unmerged in less than a second, moved all the way around the group, attacked (which isn't really relevant) and moved all the way back to his brother in less than a second.
It was outright stated in the manga and shown that they can break themselves down at the molecular level, I'm sure you understand what that means.
And here's where you lose your trump card. Ukon/Sakon himself stated this.

What can see the chakra points and passageway of chakra? Byakugan. This cements my claim that Neji would be able to see them with his Byakugan. And since Neji can see them, he would be able to repel them using his chakra which i have been saying for the last day. If they still somehow manage to merge(which i definitely don't see happening now) then he attacks the chakra points Sakon/Ukon are at and causes fatal damage to them and not to himself. Which you have also been ignoring for the past day.
