I really hate fanfic fights but I don't see how Sasuke could lose this.
I see him being fairly even in terms of CQC but if he catches Kimmimaro in genjutsu like he did ORO then he loses.

The problem with Kimimaro fights against someone who can't just obliterate him is that we have no clue about the limit to his durability. Man tanked a Sand Burial. I don't see Sasuke's Sharingan helping him much against Kimimaro's KKG and I don't see him landing Chidori, especially if bone forest is up. So it depends on whether or not you think Katon is gonna do the job. Otherwise, I'm giving it to Kimimaro. (Since OP is saying genjutsu restricted in the above post.)

But this is only because restrictions kind of nerf Sasuke a lot.

Don't underestimate Kimimaro, even though the OP nerfed Sasuke's genjutsu which would seal the fight low-diff. Kimmimaro is a force to be reckoned with. The databook shows that their stats are mostly even in terms of speed and taijutsu. I don't see his katon techniques killing Kido so i give it to Sasuke Mid-dif

Cool. You are bringing in a databook that is comparing part 1 characters with part 2. I don't think it was meant to be that way.

How is Kimimaro faster than Sasuke when a Lee, that wasn't even suppose to be outside of the hospital was keeping up with him? CS2 Sasuke with 3T Sharingan outsped KN1 who outsped KN0 who shat on 2 tomoe Sasuke who was as fast as healthy weightless Lee who is faster than unhealthy lee who was matching Kimimaro in speed? And this is not even bringing up Hebi Sasuke - where there is a huge power level difference between him and his part 1 counterpart.


If the battle goes CQC, which Sasuke can stall from with Chidori Variants, Fire Ball, and snakes, Sasuke will still have the upperhand with superior Kenjutsu (which he can channel lightning through), and 3T precognition that was keeping up with opponents faster than Kimi.

OP didn't even restrict Manda, Sasuke destroys Kimi in this matchup. Restrict manda and Sasuke stills murks.

To begin with .in base ,Kimmimaru has 4.5 in speed which makes him faster than any of akatsuki members except for itachi and Sasori .in base ,Kimmimaru has 5 in taijutsu which makes him better CQC material than any of Akatsuki members including Itachi who has 4.5 in taijutsu .add his CSM and bone KKG and he is certainly top tier CQC among akatsuki member even if we include helping weapons like sharingan,Hidan's scythe,Samehada ...etc

He obviously demolishes any version of Zetsu .he beats Hidan(w/ Intel) rather easily ,Konan (w/o prep) is similar to suigutsu ,despite being obviously inferior to Kimimaru , he probably can't kill her due to her paper mode ,but she can't beat him either so..
He can make a decent fight against Kakazu,Sasori and diedra ,He can Tank all Kakazu elemental attacks bar probably Gian , he can evade it though in CSM ,bone forest can destroy some of the Masks but the only problem is going through Kakazu's domu ,the only reason that makes Sasuke's chances against Kakazu better than Kimimaru's is Sasuke's elemental advantage over domu which Kimimaru doesn't have ,give Kimimaru's bones the same advantage and his chance in beating Kakazu would be better than Sasuke .
Diedra would beat Kimimaru with nothing short of C3 or C4 .
Against Sasori ,Kimimaru's taijutsu boosted with CM and his KKG is more than enough to beat Sasori's puppets army ,bone forest can do the job too .IS attacks isn't much of problem either , chiyu and early part 2 Sakura were evading it , Kimimaru in CSM can easily evade it ,w/ full Intel on Sasori's poison ,it can to either ways .
So yes ,he can fight w/ akatsuki ,it isn't my problem that you can't accept it .
