Don't underestimate Kimimaro, even though the OP nerfed Sasuke's genjutsu which would seal the fight low-diff. Kimmimaro is a force to be reckoned with. The databook shows that their stats are mostly even in terms of speed and taijutsu. I don't see his katon techniques killing Kido so i give it to Sasuke Mid-dif

Conclusion: Hebi Sasuke Mid

Considering that Genjutsu is restricted, that takes 3 points off of his Data Book, putting him below Kimimaro. Considering Kirin is restricted, that takes off at least .5 from his Data Book.

Given Kimimaro's durability, which isn't labeled under any specific element like Doton: Domu aso has no known weaknesses or limits, he takes this mid-dif.

Kimimaro's durability is not like Domu, it is not labeled under any specific element and therefore does not have a known weakness or limit. Sasuke won't be able to damage him considerably, and most likely Kimimaro wins mid-dif.

Why are people bringing in that Deidara body flicker dodge when Obito used Intangibility for it? Sasuke was aiming for the kill then? I didn't know that. What are Kimimaru's speed feats? Hebi Sasuke has dodged C1 and C2's shockwaves with ease. You people think Kimimaru will pose a problem when C2 shockwaves are above mach 20?

I swear it, this forum underrates the hell out of Sasuke. He takes this low diff. He's not matching a guy's speed who made successive shockwave explosions' evasions look like cavewalk.

It was a general statement I didn't aim at anybody. Many people underrate his speed.

Hebi Sasuke and Kimmimaro aren't even in the same tier. This isn't debatable.

Actually Lee did do more than keep up considering he was able to dodge Kimmimaro attacks as well so it wasn't just a 1 way streak. Hebi Sasuke would easily allow him to land hits on Kimmimaro.
