If someone managed to actually kill Orochimaru, and then used Edo Tensei to revive him...but someone else also revived him separately using a Cursed Seal? How would this work?
So could there be two Orochimarus...?

You can only be summoned by ET if your soul has passed, hence why the 4th didn't work. By Oro placing part of himself in curse marks his soul never reaches peace to be summoned.

His soul wouldn't go to the after life, if he dies he'll revive himself by taking over the body of someone with his Curse Seal. Sasuke and Itachi both killed him and he came back.

Not true. Each consciousness has its own soul.
The true, original orochimaru is dead forever, sealed within Totsuka. Every other one is just a clone with his memories.

Whatever you gotta tell yourself at night buddy. What really happened was his current body was trapped in Totsuka while his soul/consciousness/being went into the curse marks. Theoretically he could have been brought back from any body with a curse mark not specifically Anko.
Probably the way ET works and the first come first serve concept. Whichever curse mark was activated just a fraction of a second quicker would be the one(only of the 2) that brings him back.

Orochimaru cannot take over someone else's body through sheer consciousness. If this were the case, he'd taken over Anko's while residing in her consciously. To make matters worse, there are only so many alive cursed seal bearers, on top of very few ninja possessing the knowledge to perform Kaija Hōin (Evil Releasing Method).

He takes over when they're either out of chakra or on the verge of death, in any case he comes back to life because no one is immortal. But it no longer matters because he's biologically immortal now that he has a Zetsu body.

The true Orochimaru is... The Orochimaru we all know and see presently, Orochimaru didn't die, he was just sealed and thanks to his curse mark on Anko, he was released, if the true, original Orochimaru was dead and the present is simply a clone, he wouldn't need to get his arms back from Shinigami, his soul would have been complete.

Totsuka traps the soul and consciousness specifically, not just the body.
It's the same as Minato and Kushina being inside of Naruto's mind, with the difference being that they were not revived inside a body.
Regardless, it's a giant ****ing shit show. Everything about the Edo Tensei and Shinigami plotline is ****ed up, whether or not you want to believe that Orochimaru's soul can just magically fly out of one sealing jutsu and into another.
