None of Minato's attack works on kabuto who can liquify himself and has high lvl healing
On other hands kabuto can use white rage and inorganic reincarnation to catch him offgaurd.Kabuto easily dominates the battle with continious supply of senjutsu

Kabuto has too many methods of defense, there's almost nothing Minato can actually do to him whilst speed isn't so much a problem for Yakushi, considering his healing, Hiding like a Mole, Elemental body, Manda II, Hozuki Hydrification etc. means that Minato can't achieve the quickscope instant takedown that his style revolves around- giving Kabuto time to use HIS arsenal which completely trumps Namikaze's.

I hope Manda is restricted by the way otherwise the snake solos.

Well its not always power lol, tactics too plays a role in battle and Minato is very intelligent when comes to tactics. Even Itachi has defeated stronger opponents than him simply by outsmarting his opponents. Something you don't understand.
