First lets talk about IT. For those who have brain they should know the requirement for IT and how to do it.
People keeps assume that Madara can spam IT in every versus thread but forgot the main problem is that he is no longer possesed the power to do it anymore. Not to even mention the prep time that it takes to cast it is like thousand of years just to find the one with corrupted mind and then have to gather all beasts around the globe into one place for many years. This is even worse than KA with 1 year cool down or Kirin prep time.

Lets just assume that Madara has all requirement and all he needs is to fly up close to the moon to cast IT. Sure by the time he fly up there Naruto just do nothin but not shove this in his face ?

Lets talk about the scenario 2 when Madara cast IT. Why do you believe some words coming from Sasuke in that time when most of his statement failed in the next fight ? He is even noob to use his rinnegan properly compared to Madara and got shocked to see Kakashi PS or even this

Well Madara has been shown to be quite efficient and strong with all his sharingan techs and he even controlled the kyubi with his genjutsu. What makes you think his genjutsu would be inferior to Itachi's.

Even Obito can do that with 3 tome. Sasuke even casually effected kuruma at begging of shippuden. Controlling a bijuu isnt that great of a feat for skilled uchiha 3 tome user. As for you other feats Itachi's style centers around genjutsu 1 shots . While madara has a few generic showings. ( pre jin ofc )
