1. Infinite Tsukuyomi can be cast from the moon, the Holy Tree, or the RinneSharingan itself. For just Naruto he needs absolutely no preparation.

2. If Naruto gets close enough to land such an attack like the Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken, he'll get caught in the blast as well and suffer the permanent consequences unlike an immortal, unless you're suggesting Naruto can block it, in which case so does Madara.

3. Madara has the original chakra, which is far stronger than Naruto's. Regardless, Infinite Tsukuyomi is not a matter of whether you can break it or not, but if you can avoid being caught.

The issue is is that he knows the potency of each attack.

He's witnessed Amaterasu and Jiraiya's reaction to the attack and he certainly knew about the effect it had on Kakashi, not to mention that he mentioned the quality of the Genjutsu as well.

If Naruto was shitting bricks at the fact that Tsukyomi could demolish B, then it's safe to say that it does affect him. There's no reason not to believe that. The effect of Tsukyomi is instantaneous and the time it takes for the a Bijuu to break its host out of the genjutsu is not instantaneous .
