Why Kakashi wins?

Simple, he has the left MS which is used to snipe objects at long range. Fugaku doesn't have any intel at that time to know that he has an OP jutsu like Kamui. Fugaku should be good at Shurikenninjutsu but two can play at that game. His sharingan used for copying can render any of Fugaku's attack useless. Kakashi can copy any jutsu besides KKG. Chidori will definitely help Kakashi out on the offensive. He will just underestimate Kakashi which will cause an embarressment to the Uchiha Clan, being the Leader and all that.

You guys comparing an MS to a 3T Sharingan? Also he ain't sick like when Sasuke fought Itachi.

Dude, Kakashi had just gotten Obito's Sharingan. And didn't even unlock MS at that time. Those images are from the funeral held after the Third Great Ninja War. So that means no Kamui.
Trust me, I'd love to side with Kakashi on this, but I gotta remain unbiased.

Kakashi did the Sharingan more justice than 99% of the Uchiha did. They were fodder even with the Sharingan. Their reputation was only great due to the elite members of their clan (Madara, Izuna, Kagami, Shisui, and Itachi)
And Kakashi was a widely-known formidable prodigy even before getting the Sharingan

You have got to be kidding me. I looked at this pic and thought that this funeral was for Rin and Obito. Forget the MS, I still don't know why you deny Kakashi the victory.

He can still copy jutsus. All nature variants, this includes shurikenninjutsu, the Uchiha Clan's speciality and don't forget he had Raikiri which can cut through a lightning bolt. What feats has Fugaku even displayed besides a Fireball jutsu. Itachi asked his dad to train with him assuming that he is a good shinobi, but this is all baseless hype.
