Well I was speaking ninjutsu wise. The Rinnegan have its own unique powerful abilities know as six paths techniques(Preta,Ashura,Human,etc). However it all plot and kishi decides everything, Naruto unerfed is beyond haxxed, for instance he could manipulate sand like gaara thanks to shukaku's magnet release.

Yeah, I suppose thats why kishi consider them equals. Unnerfed Naruto & Sasuke can literally do anything and are beyond haxxed with their respective abilities(RSM/Rinnegan).

RSM is for erasing ninjutsu, and Rinnegan is for creating ninjutsu basically. That's just what I think.

Proof? My point was proven when Nagato(pain) preta path attempte to absorb Naruto's kagebunshin and failed. Kagebunshin is ninjutsu btw.

When Madara fought Hashirama he implied he was absorbing his wood(lol). Thats why Hashi used a specific type of wood jutsu to stop his movements. Also madara absorbed jinton which is kkt and absorbed chakra from gaaras sand to release his movement after he got pulled from susanoo so there is no limit on preta such as that.

Madara and Obito's RSM could absorb any non senjutsu attack.
Sasuke's Preta path could absorb any jutsu.
Naruto's RSM can't absorb ninjutsu because he didn't do it for Sasuke after he lost Hagoromo's chakra.

Actually Naruto only has all elements with the bijuus and if we are talking about bijuu/ juubi enhanced RSM vs Bijuu/Juubi enhanced rinnegan....they are probably equal, but I would put my money on rinnegan seeing how it kinda extends beyond elements
