In the Shikamaru novel, set two years after the War, Shikamaru confirms that Naruto remains a pseudo-Jinchuuriki of all of the Bijuu.I've always known Naruto was the meeting place for the bijuu and he could call upon them whenever. This was evident once hagoromo stated such.
