RT that was supposed to be used for Obito, not ON him or whatever is it that you are implying. And Rinnegan cannot use any man-made Jutsu. No where in the manga is it even implied that. It's isn't a free-roaming database that takes everything in.

can you read? i KNOW that rinne-tensei was suppose to be used on obito. that IS MY POINT. the samething can work for SASUKE. if sasuke dies, someone else can use the rinne-tensei to revive him back. that is an enabling option for him, just like obito's large cases of spare sharingan's gives him a chance to use dozens of izanagi's to escape fatal deaths in battle. jesus christ smh
