Shisui and Unohana, it's a very bad match up as both Shisui and Unohana are pretty smart, so Urahara's haxx won't work, and power wise Unohana and Kyoraku are equal to (if not stronger than) Kisuke and Yoruichi. It'll be a good fight to watch tho

yeah urahara isn't turning the situation around without activating Bankai himself and unleashing yoruichi's shunko cat form.
And even then Urahara's hax and Yoruichi's ferocity are meaningless before Shunsui's Bankai.

As of yet we have no reason to say kisuke couldnt just reconstruct KKKS into something far less deadly, or put his head back on after shunsuis finishing move.
Shunsui is reluctant to use bankai when around his comrades, and wouldn't do so unless he was getting his ass thoroughly kicked. even in his fights against starkk and acutrone, he didn't use it when he was losing, so until unohana dies, he isn't gonna go bankai.
past that, theres no way of definitively giving a winner, given that we only have one chapter worth of kisuke, yoruichi or unohana going all out, and dont have enough information to figure out a winner.
i would personally go with kisuke, because it is remarkably hard to defeat kisuke urahara, while shunsui goes down to almost everyone he has ever fought, before being saved by someone else (Or just turning out to have been taking a nap against Starrk).

Shunsuis bankai and shiak are games Right? What goeas for one player goes for all, even shunsui can die, just think Uraha has the power to restructure things, he could easyly make the playing field to his Advantige, plus Unohanas Bankai couldent do nothing either, its just to hax to do and change anything, if Kisuke had Aizens Retsu his bankai would have been to strong and the Area of Dmg would be off the chart, So with this Hax abillity i would say Kisuke all the way.

We don't know if urahara can sow his head back on an we also don't know if the deadly disease part of kyoraku Bandai will affect urahara more than it did Lille.
Kyoraku Bankai is not a game its more like a play/act.

Shunsuis bankai is a bit non physical as well and if it wasnt for lille being literally invincible, then stage 2 and 3 alone would have been more than enough. Those two stages affect things on a level i don't think urahara could restructure, even if he could restructure his dna to be immune to the disease, the theme of that act was depression as given by the title of the act, thjerefore the disease was a onset as a mental thing not a physical. it is the same with stage 3 and even stage 4. In fact I would make the argument that the whole bankai was more of a metaphysical/spiritual attack and therefore urahara cant do much with restructuring. The reason it was affecting lille was due to this, if it was physical then it wouldnt have even touched lille at all.
Also unohana is strong enough to take on yoruichi, her title 1st kenpachi kinda gives that fight to her.
