With one hand seal, I create three clones that all appear in front. One of them will appear centimeters in front of me.
As they are summoned and the smoke cloud is still blinding you from me, I use
Making myself nearly invisible to your sight. Since I created a clone right in front of me and two others in front of that one, you simply think I've created two clones and that the real me is the one in the back.
Almost immediately after being summoned, the two in front rush at you while throwing 16 explosive kunai at you (8 each)(above, on the side and on you). While the other who's supposed to be me stays in the back.
Meanwhile I swiftly move 10m to the left (your right) while carefully watching that I don't leave any trace that could reveal my presence. I'm still mid range from you.

Hmm, good plan.
Blinded by the smoke, my natural reaction is to blow it away, and I start the handseals for a wind technique. However when I see the clones rushing at me, and their hands going for their kunai holster, I finish the handseals and release the

Now assuming your clones have finished throwing the kunai, they instantly get caught up in the raging winds and blow right back onto the clones, poofing them. The fake you that I saw is also buffeted by the wind and poofs unless you block it, and since the real you were roughly in that area and this is a large blast of wind, the wind rushes at you as well.
Assuming now that by this time you had already moved to the left, even if the fake you does a defense, it will not protect you also ( unless it is unusually large ).
Soon as I release the wind, I begin quickly using

Using your exact words to describe when you used the wind jutsu (the bold part), the clones who were rushing at you should have the time to react (since they didn't even had their kunai in hands which mean they were barely out of the smoke).
As they see the huge wind blast coming, with great reflexes one of them uses:

As both jutsus collide, one could think that the fire will simply overpower the wind, however this is not what happen. The fire will engulf the wind, but due to their frontal clash, and the nature of your wind jutsu, the fire blast will continue toward you in a weakened stated (less then half it's original state).
Now in this situation, there are no apparent reason why you wouldn't follow up with your next jutsu (Typhoon water vortex) since it's well suited for what's coming at you. Even if you don't agree with my description of how the fire will react and just believe that it will get stronger, your jutsu is still perfect for that situation.
However, the real me watching everything that was happening since I was away from the smoke, I synchronize my next move right after you did your wind jutsu (since it's logically when you're off guard). But since you said you were doing your water jutsu immediately after your wind jutsu, both my next move and your water jutsu will occur at the exact same time (or almost). The real me use

As you shoot your "Typhoon Water Vortex" a sharp earth spear impale you from underneath, right in your blind spot.
Now since the real me was invisible to your eyes, you couldn't notice me doing the handseals and were therefore off guard.
Note: If we consider the timing and the fact that you successfully shot your water jutsu while being impaled, the real me still wouldn't get hurt since you aimed it at the clone in the back.

No, Izuna, your clones didn't know it was a Wind tech. I was using, and besides I said as they pull out kunai I finish handseals. There will be a gap before the wind is actually released, which is when I will release it as they just finished throwing the kunai. ( Next line of my move )
Even otherwise, your clones have to realise it's a wind technique before they do the handseals, and since they were at such close range with kunais in their hands, I think they would get poofed lol.

Okay two things in that last statement don't work, let me explain.
First you said:"their hands going for their kunai holster" and not " I said as they pull out kunai I finish handseal". Read your last move or the one I quoted (in case you edited it). The fact that you said "reaching for their kunai holster" changes a great deal of things since if we follow the timing it means that they barely got out of the smoke (since the move was: as they got out f the smoke they shoot kunais at you). Now knowing that they're just out of the smoke, it means they are in MID-RANGE or barely under mid-range, which is extremely important. Being at that distance, they will have the time to see and react to your jutsu, there's no denying it.
Secondly, the exact word you used about your wind jutsu:"I finish the handseals and release the [quote of your jutsu]", we both know that when handseals are finished, the jutsu happen. If you read carefully, you said that as my clones were reaching for their kunai holsters (again your words), you "released the jutsu". This proves again that my last move stands and is perfectly coherent with the timing.
Remember I'm basing my last move on your exact words, if you alter what you said after, it is most obvious that my move doesn't work anymore.
Edit: -Naruto Uzumaki- made me realized something; did you understood that both my clones stopped throwing their kunais? Cause that was implied in the "since they didn't threw their kunai, they have time to...etc". If not, then I'm making it clear now. My clones didn't threw the kunais using your timing and your words (read back my last move, it will all make sense).
