ummm cm would wipe the floor with neji s1. Id imagine if neji jumps and uses rotation it would take care of bone forest or something like that. S2 cm2 would do decent against neji but neji would outlast kimi or kill him mid diff

Does air palm pack jyuuken chakra or does it just push people back? I think p2 neji can win deppending on your answer. Since if neji can damage Kimmimaro's internal organs from a long distance then he completely trolls kimmi.

He doesn't need to get close to him to hurt him, and kimmi's last resort would be bone forest, which is countered by byakugan seeing underground to see where and when the bones would spawn, and use rotation, that way the bone forest would be formed everywhere except on Neji's area. After bone forest, Kimmimaro dies (if he hasn't been killed before by air palm's internal damage).

If airm palm does not inflict internal damage then Kimmimaro wins.

Anyways, Kimmimaro could lose to even part 1 Neji if he tries to block his punches without knowing about how gentle fist works.

Jyuken chakra is compressed in the palm then launched at the enemies vitals , so with that in mind along with it having properties of jyuken as stated in the databook then yes it should.

-Kidomaru heard of jyuken from oro , same way sasuke learned of the sound 4's abilities from oro , its fair to assume that with kimi being the head of the team (oro's favourite ) along with being a taijutsu expert himself he would of heard tales of the deadliest taijutsu in konoha....Probably.

That's why I said /OP, I think we can assume the PTS and the gif of neji in part 1 means part one.

Against part 1 Neji? Without intel Kimi could lose but I wouldn't say 10/10 times
