Sasuke's actually stronger. Naruto needed two attacks to match one of Sasuke's Indra's Arrow in their final battle.

I honestly think we have seen Sasuke's final form, we just haven't seen him utilize all his abilities yet. However if edo Nagato is anything to go by, and not only were the rinnegan not his own eyes but he also didn't have any tomoes. So I reckon its safe to say that Sasuke would be OP as f*ck, as always though Plot>>>>than everything in NV

Lol...Indra's arrow is slow as Sasuke can launch only one at a time, Naruto could easily have added another two similar attacks at the same time targeted at Sasuke's susanoo if he wanted to, but as he stated he wasn't trying to kill him. Obviously Naruto went easy on Sasuke consciously or unconsciously because of not wanting to kill him, but Sasuke had full killing intent and was giving it all.

Personally, it's possible Sasuke has more potential to grow stronger than Naruto due to the fact that his Indra and Base Chakra has more potential than Naruto's Ashura and Base Chakra.

But from what Kishi stated, they'll always be equal.

I honestly think that Sasuke needs the bijuu to match Naruto's raw power from bein Rikudou because Sasuke can't or we haven't seen him use/produce that arrow with out the bijuu while Naruto has access to them all the time through their psyche. But we have seen Sasuke in their current forms run to Naruto to put Susano'o over Kurama like it's needed many times so who needs who here.

He is in his final form handicap an all. Unless he gets sage mode an get some kind of Rikudou mode of his own, then what we see now is his final form.

The new gen is in so I'm thinking if Kishi continues then the focus is on them an not Naruto & Sasukes form of power which he has already shown us through other sources like.
