Oh, I was literally waiting for someone to come at me with that. I think it was already debated long ago. Well then, why wasn't his outfit damaged? Why didn't we get to hear any noises of him phasing/warping? Why did he come out so quickly? And, most important, how can he use kamui to get those flames off his body? Phasing is useless - they would still be attached to Obito's flesh. Same with warping. He could snipe them away with Kakashi's sharingan, but he doesn't have it. So, what do you think?

Though, I've just thought about one thing.. Maybe he used kamui, but I'm not sure.

Obito could use his phasing ability, and the flames would drop off from his flesh while dimension travelling, thus they would be left somewhere in the shadows where Obito hid himself when he got hit by amaterasu. But I'm still doubting it.
