OP is about Pirates who fight against the WG. Pirates by definition are bad people. To assume that any Pirate in the series is not a bad guy is not a good theory based on logic of what pirates do. Luffy himself has stated plenty of times that he does not want to be a hero, IE he does not want to be the good guy, he wants to be a pirate...

I say all of that to say that YES SHANKS (THE PIRATE LORD!!!!) IS A BAD GUY! SO ARE ALL THE PIRATES...

I think Luffy will become a Yonkou soon, after dealing with BM and Kaido at the same time. Remember Shanks's words to Luffy? I think Shanks will come to see Luffy after this following events unravel, he will be shocked with the fact that shortly upon entering the NW Strawhats became a Yonkou crew. When he meets Luffy, being a haki master he is he will sense Luffy's monstrous power and Roger's will residing within him. There's even a posibility of Shanks entering the battlefield in mid of Kaidou vs Luffy fight not knowing what's going on.

Imagine that intro, Shanks walking in the battlefield only seeing Luffy's sillouhette while shockingly saying "senchou!?"; refering to Roger.

This meeting will end with Red Haired Pirates joining the SH fleet.

There's a big possibility that Shanks will later on be taken out by BB.

That's from the fact that Luffy doesn't care about it, but Law is already in to deep w Luffy, by the time this arc ends Heart Pirates will sail under the SHs Jolly Roger and join the grand fleet.

He owes Luffy a big one for Doffy's defeat, which is what Law lived for just as much Luffy lives for becoming the PK.
