They are basically already in XD I can't see Law not being with Luffy anymore since his dream was as well to find One Piece,only thing I can see happening is Law not caring about One Piece anymore 'cause Luffy defeated Doffy.

Totally agree most bad guys give up one of their arms for some random kid in most anime if you really pay attention.
