Besides, Kisame has already shown us that he can fool sensor types my hiding in something else(even though he and samehada apparently have identical chakra). Byakugo users are linked to katsuya, they could just fool samehada by mixing their chakra.

I already said sensor types have different capabilities. Kisame says he can fool even the best sensors. I also said there is no proof that samehada's sensing abilities is able to differentiate chakra types.(ie level of the best sensors) Which is also true. I have not contradicted myself in anyway.

Like I said, she can divide into hundreds of different pieces. Kisame cannot attack those many pieces at once.

GSB would suck her chakra, she could just open up byakugo, restore some of her chakra and summon some more katsuya (katsuya would then refill her reserves easily).
