Dunno how Samehada would works with CES, but anyhow, water dome should net him a comfortable win. Sakura won't be able to land a clear punch on him because of how fast he is (and she's in water) and she'll need to breath. Plus, even if she does land a punch, he can heal himself with all the chakra he'll steal for her. Her punch couldn't put down Shin, it's not going to put down a monster with durability feats like Kisame.

Katsuyu should help tremendously though, unless Kisame use his massive chakra-absorbing shark on her, or attempts to overwhelm her with the shark wave.

Samehada senses chakra but there is no proof that it would be able to differentiate sakura's chakra inside katsuya's. It would just sense it as one chakra source.

Like I said, she can divide into hundreds of different pieces. Kisame cannot attack those many pieces at once.

GSB would suck her chakra, she could just open up byakugo, restore some of her chakra and summon some more katsuya (katsuya would then refill her reserves easily).
