Naruto's Yang Seal can heal anything.

But fighting Kaguya, and meeting Hagoromo does not mean that Sakura, Kabuto, and Tsunade had any time to analyze their bodily structures and increase their knowledge of medical ninjutsu for their species.

Perhaps he fought with obito and injured serverly but still hold it back as if nothin were happened. That is why Obito stay away and Itachi planned his death under Sasuke's hand.

Kimimaru was with a medic ninja Kabuto and Orochimaru who knows plenty about the human body, while Itachi in the Akatsuki there was no medic ninja.
