depends on how his powers go, can he control magnetism or metal itself. if so he would be like toph from avatar or magneto from x-men. I think controlling metal itself would be better like toph because not all metal is magnetic aha.

im not saying that extent all im saying is if oda makes luffy really strong he can give certain types of manipulation to make him close to that range.
