Literally just tension build up. The only hit Naruto ever landed on him by himself and it did literally nothing.

Obito effortlessly battled against a Gates User, Kamui User, and 2 Perfect Jinchuriki at the same time. And later dodged a BM Naruto's strike without being able to phase.

Without kamui his reaction time should have been better since he didnt have to worry about timing his phasing but he was just on kakashi level

Madara was struck by Lee of all people. KCM Naruto is faster than 6th Gate Lee, and Obito warped away (not phased through) KCM Naruto effortlessly.
