Doesn't have to. We know Yata Mirror could deflect all elements but we never actually seen it do it.

I believe you. JJ Hagomoro may beat Kaguya. His knowledge about chakra and ninshu is superior to any other. Plus JJ is most of her power anyway. Kaguya> Non Jin Hagomoro but JJ may beat her. He has both seals too.

Nice logic, however Prime Kaguya is still at leat one tier even above JJ Hagoromo, I just explained it in my latest thread

I doubt it, Kaguya was said to be stronger and Naruto(Sasuke wasn't) was capable of harming her.

No, Izanagi is a derivative of COAT, it doesn't mean Hagoromo can use it. Just like Tsukuyomi being a derivative of IT, it doesn't mean Kaguya can use Itachi's genjutsu, even Kaguya had the Byakugan but only knew how to use chakra fists.
Hago doenn't have he same knowledge and skill in ninjutsu like the Uchiha and Senju because it didn't exist in his time, so he would most likely be restricted to traditional Rinnegan and RSM feats in their raw form like 6 Paths, TSB and making bijuus. But yes, he's overpowered af hence why shinobi refer to him as a god.
