Sasuke = indra's chakra + sage of six paths - yin chakra + 9 bijuus chakras.
Naruto = Ashura chakra + sage of six paths - yang chakra +. Senjutsu chakra + Yang Kurama chakra + bits of the other bijuus chakra.
Sasuke = yin user that use his eyes. Did he used his eyes to the full potential like Itachi or any other great uchiha through out history? No!
Naruto = yang user with a freaking godlike body. You can put holes in him and he will be alive and well.
Sasuke engaged in a brawl fight with Naruto, who have a godlike body that is made for this shit.
Tell me how it was fair for Sasuke? Kishi nerfed Sasuke and forced him into a brawl fight that we both know for facts that he can't beat a godlike body user in a brawl fight!

He has time in desert to try everything as manga fact, while Naruto still fighting outside and disperse his chakra into hundred of times - manga fact.
That comparision is like an insult to Shikamaru when his main weapon is his intelligent lolz.
Even Kakashi managed to perform PS at first try or ms despite of not being uchiha.

I disagree with your theory on them having a regular fist fight, u can be as strong as u want but its all about skill level and Sasuke dominates in that area. They're just made to be equal.
Thats why the fight ended with them both almost fully bleed out to death and missing limbs

Kishi robbed Sasuke of his skills. Like really, Sasuke should've been able to shut Naruto down in that brawl fight with his skillset.
You seen What madara, Itachi, nagato, shisui, Obito, shit even Danzo done with them eyes. Espeically when shit get real. What F Sasuke done?

Yea Sasuke has been noob, cause he didnt train hard to understand, he see thing through his special eyes to get power as quick as possible.
He even given time to learn but still failed compared to Kakashi use new eyes at the first time to achieve PS.
If Sasuke still stay in the village along with Naruto, he probably get more training because of those 2 are very good rivals. Just see how they trained for tree climping and you will understand what i mean. Sasuke seek the fastest possible way to achieve power and that cost him the opportunity to be good at what he has already possesed.
Unlike those who you have been mentioned, they gone through hell of training and they are already really good at what they are possesed. Dont even think for a moment that Danzo is some slacker got free boosted, he is a very wicked man and he would have done anything to get his hand on power, but since he was crippled when vs Sasuke........

We already have as of the Boruto Movie. He was nerfed in Vote 2 but so was Naruto.
Ameno was badly nerfed because at the time what counter did Naruto have and didn't Indra's arrow negate the effect of 2 TBBRS which shows the strength of Indra's arrow but if he used Chidori Planet splitter he did in the Last he can't be stopped. Naruto would be equal to him as he was equal nerfed. If he used his abilities like what he did with Kaguya his skill would also be broken marking this a very good fight if that had happened without pulling the nerf trigger.
But to answer your question OP this is his max potential. This is Prime Sasuke and his ability stops growing here.

The Rinnegan can also absorb chakra modes, Madara got Hashi's SM by using Preta to absorb Senjutsu because he couldn't absorb NE. Sasuke absorbing RSM chakra would literally be overkill.
