If you were smart you will realize that the manga already stated Amaterasu to being the strongest ninjutsu in NV, it's the most versatile and is considered the best attack and best defence.

BZ has witnessed every jutsu in NV history and said Amaterasu was the strongest, even Kaguya was afraid of it being used in her ice dimension, the same dimension Naruto was getting pounded in.

If the jutsu was so fodder then why did Kishi make an inexperienced Sasuke use it against stronger opponents with intel on his abilities ? Why was it more effective than TSB against Kaguya's ice despite TSB having same properties as Jinton ?

And the only people that negged the jutsu were JuubiJins because they can regenerate like the Juubi. Naruto can't on the other hand and requires a chakra cloak to shield him.
