Normal super saiyan - Godly super saiyan - Frost's power level

So we know some things:

-Frieza by training reached god level

-Goku opted to use the normal super saiyan (this goes against the plot man, SSGSS was supposed to be the normal super saiyan now, seeing as how goku and vegeta in base form were already superior to ssj )

-Frost is pretty weak compared to post training frieza. Yeah, he's fodder

Frost has no ultimate evolution because if he did he most certainly would have used it, he was getting his ass handed to him after all, realize when Goku transformed, Frost wasted no time at all In doing the same. Anyways all I can say is that he's weaker than Super Saiyan U6 arc Goku, who should still be God level, in fact U6 SS Goku should be > SSG BOG arc Goku.

But clearly, Goku isnt a normal super saiyan. His base was enormously stronger than Super Saiyan Gohan. So that point is moot. You're comparing his and friezas forms, based on how they did against two people who are clearly no longer on the same planet in terms of power. There is no telling if he is strong as frieza. Id imagine he put in a hell of lot more time training than the 4? months frieza put in, so even if his max isnt on par with golden frieza, he can more than likely keep it up much longer. Golden frieza>SSB Goku. No telling how strong frost will be yet

In Resurection F, Final Form Frieza was on par with Base Goku. Here, Third Form Frost is overpowering base Goku. He's definately stronger than frieza (Barring Golden Form, we don't know if Frost has one), especially since Goku's had an extra 2 years training in the hyperbolic time chamber since Ressurection F.
