Deidara would have an hard time keeping up with Naruto's enhanced physical stats. He'd be quickly overwhelmed and would need to get into the air quickly. At this point, I can honestly see him losing round 1 to Frog Kata, if he even dodge in the first place.

S2 is much more complicated, Naruto can't really pull any ladder jutsu and Rasenshuriken should be dodged pretty easily, although he could make it expand to catch Deidara off guard. Deidara should be able to win this one if he use his large AoE attack and keeps the offensive on. If Naruto manage to summon, he'll have to keep dodging sword attacks and will need to use some large explosives to take them out.

So, Deidara can win with his hax tech and overall firepower, but getting hit would be extremely bad for him.

overview: Personally i think naruto should be able to dodge and easily guard from clay boys low-mid tier clay explosions with no problem at all. sasuke had no problem, so i don't think SM naruto will either (granted 3T sauce has better speed feats). the only question i'm wondering is can naruto take down deidara from the air?

deidara pro: rasen shuriken is certainly strong enough but is it fast enough? look at the extent sasuke had to go through just to get next to air deidara. if naruto can't find away to get near him or blitz deidara as fast as he can on the ground then diedara could just snipe naruto w/ high-end explosions until one of the two either run out of chakra/or naruto slips up. if deidara has intel on naruto, he will know that sagemode will not last forever so all he would need to do is keep the pressure on naruto until the timer is over. then Kaboom.

naruto pro: however, if naruto plays it smart. he could use his shadow clones (smoke bombs) combos to trick up deidara and throw a fuma shuriken (that is actually naruto) and knock him down from the air to finish him off (thou deidara had been in similar situation and countered it) so yeah, i think it could go either way (@cursemark said), it just depends on who figures out each others weak point the fastest.

Hard to say, but I think Naruto could take round 1 without frogs pretty quickly unless
Deidara gets the chance to fly.

Though I feel round 2 could go either, though I can't see Naruto(or the leaf) surviving C4.

If he manages to use sound gen from the frogs, he might be able to win sc2.

I think Diedara's flying can be solved by using summons.....Though the battle is heavily set against Naruto but he can keep dodging the small attacks until diedara runs out of chakra.... Frog kata let Naruto jump to quite some height so getting to Diedara fast enough shouldn't be a problem. As far as running out of sage mode is concerned he has got his shadow clones for backup...plus i don't think Naruto needs Sage mode to beat Diedara....he only needs it to get him off air or blitzing...once diedara is down base naruto is enough for him

scenario one mostlukely goes to SM naruto if deidara decides to dodge naruto's punch, he gets an invisible punch

Scenario two I vote for deidara, c2 dragon, c3 and c4 karura would be game changers, c3 would end naruto, let's not forget deidara can use a suicide clone to decieve naruto and the other toads, plus sound genjutsu aint a factor as deidara would be high up in the air, and he can also neutralise rasenshuriken with a c2 explosion, I see him winning more times than not
