Vote2 was their last fight... and Sasuke did need the bijuu to keep up..
It's funny that you say Sasuke wasn't his strongest, who said Naruto was at his strongest?? they were both new to their powers
we can't use their Adult forms when comparing coz they haven't fought each other since Vote2

He really didn't they was stalemating way before he took Bijuu chakra. By your logic Naruto needed all the NE around to keep up with Sasuke.

Yang Kurama borrowed Chakra from Yin Kurama and it was part of Kaguya when she recharged.
Yin Kurama contributed Chakra to make Nine Tailed Beast Ball Rasenshuriken...Seven of which had the power to obliterate multiple planetoid-like objects and one was used against Kaguya...the last in th clash with Sasuke's Indra arrow, plus the normal Bijuu dama he used...considering the debris from the Chibaku tensei Sasuke diced, just one of those TBBRS should have the energy to destroy a mountain range at minimum.

Yang kurama took some chakra from yin kurama. True. What do you mean when she recharged? When she recharged she took chakra from the people under IT.
Okay yin kurama used some chakra to make that but so did the other tailed beasts.
Vs Indra's arrow wasn't even his chakra it was NE/Senjutsu.
Yang kurama shielded the whole SA from the ten tails tenpenchii with his chakra shot multiple TBB shot a flash TBB gave the whole alliance chakra cloaks again like 3 times. Even though he run out of chakra he was never literally out of chakra for him to fall asleep like yin kurama did. With yang kurama he fought in that mode wasting kurama's chakra since he came to the war all the way till Madara took his tailed beast far more than what yin kurama did. Heck he even used kurama's chakra to keep Shikamaru alive after all his chakra was gone from the Shinju tree.

indeed Naruto did need the NE around to keep up with Sasuke after he stole the bijuu chakra..
but before that Naruto wasn't even serious as stated by Sasuke himself and yet Sasuke couldn't finish him..
My point is that saying Sasuke wasn't at his strongest at Vote2 doesn't say much since they both got their powers at the same time.. and given that Sasuke is a genius, he should be more used to his powers even at that short time

Since the Bijuu were a part of her they should've been recharged too.
TBBRS is only Kurama...Sage Art: Super Tailed Beast Rasenshuriken had Contribution of all Tailed Beast...but I was only talking about the ones Kurama powered.
Senjutsu needs Proportionate Chakra to be Balanced.
The Scale of Yin Kurama's attacks were on a completely different level (and often aimed toward/taking place in the sky for obvious reasons)...so he used up his Chakra much quicker without seeming to do much.
